About Training

Our training sessions are meticulously planned by our trainer and are designed in a manner geared toward the maximization of efficiency. Your time is valuable, so our goal is to best prepare you while taking up the least amount of your time possible. Your training will be conducted by our trainers over sessions that will last on 60+ days. Training sessions will be comprised of both activities and lectures that will touch upon the web based applications.

Terms and Conditions

This Training Contract (the “Contract”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between M/s VIKASH TECH having its principal place of business at 4th Floor, L. O. House, Exhibition Road, Patna, Bihar (the “Trainer”), and Intern (the “Intern”) who agrees to be bound by this Contract.
WHEREAS, the Trainer holds significant expertise in Web Based Development and offers training services in Web Based Development for which the Intern would like to engage the Trainer according to the terms and conditions herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties within this Contract, the Trainer and the Intern (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:

TRAINING

The Trainer shall conduct training in Web Based Development in accordance with the schedule attached hereto.

PAYMENT

The total cost to be paid to the Trainer by the Intern for the services hereunder is mentioned on the form to be filled by Intern on joining the session.

CANCELLING THE TRAINING SESSIONS

The Intern agrees and acknowledges that a change in the schedule may present a significant burden for the Trainer and thus the Intern will not receive any refund on cancellation of the training.
This must be noted that the internship program is only for those who have at least basic / elementary knowledge of the technologies for which the training is to be conducted.
This program is completely based on industry standard and will not be treated as a coaching class. The interns will be have to be sincere at the work and will have to follow the terms attached with the sheet.
